Prescription Requests

You may phone your prescription requests between 10am and 2pm Mon - Fri. Please allow 24hrs for processing of the request.

It is helpful if you can quote your unique surgery identity number which can be found at the top of your prescription copy.

You can post your request to Skelmanthorpe Health centre with a stamped self addressed envelope or deliver your request by hand.

We have a dedicated letterbox situated next to the reception desk.

The receptionist may ask you to make an appointment to see the Nurse or Doctor before another repeat is issued.

This is to review the progress of your medical condition and its treatment.

Emis Access

Emis access allows you to order repeat prescriptions via a secure encrypted link with the surgery.

At some point in the future you may also have access to booking your own appointment.

To use this service you need to come to the surgery to obtain a username and password. Its as easy as that.
